Thomas Edgar Clouter enlisted in the Newfoundland Regiment on May 13, 1918. He was granted leave without pay until Dec. 15, 1918 when he was demobilized.
Son of Horatio Clouter (1858-1925) and Catherine (Katie) Tilley (1860-1946).
